Produced similar to Champagne (hand shook) with two years yeast storage before the fermentation results in its fresh, elegant taste. Its fine perlages completes itself in the nose with exciting primary aromas, supplemented by just a hint of wine mountain peaches. Pleasantly refreshing on the palette, making it very suitable as an aperitif.
