Its interesting bouquet is reminiscent of a bouquet of dark red roses. Fresh, tingling taste rounded off by elegant, slight sweetness. The grapes were grown on a small terrace facing south. the soil is composed of over 30-million-year-old shell-lime, which gives the wine its special vitamin qualities.
