Fresh and fruity white wine. Stimulating bouquet of oranges with a slight trace of yellow plums (Mirabelle). Palatable pleasure: a rich mixture of butter, nut and caramel rounded off by a tinge of citrus fruit. Goes well with a variety of dishes, especially pasta, steamed fish or fowl in white sauces.
