The Red wines of the Winery LandmannIn 1997, Jueregn Landmann sowed the first seeds of the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Bordeaux in the best regions of the Tuniberg. On average, these vines rest for 13 months in oak barrels and thus acquire a calm and somewhat unobtrusive elegance.
The classical Landmann red wine is the Spätburgunder, which has a wide, high class target market. e.g. the guests of the Traube-Tonbach. Due to the long maturity in oak barrels, they acquire an uncomplicated and fine tone. These wines don´t show off, they simply reach out to the spirit. They demonstrate the complete capability of an organic oriented vintner. |
